A few kind words for Dr.
Marlais |
 |
...I would like to send a Special BIG "Thank You"
for taking the time to see me. This broken tooth could have made a disaster
out of our vacation. Thanks to your reassurance our vacation was wonderful.
Thank You Again, Chris
...In this community, and at this time, it's rare
to see the work of a dentist who strives for quality. It's almost impossible
to find a man who treats amalgam with the respect it deserves. We are
treating a patient of yours, and I'm simply writing to let you know that I
appreciate your work and respect your integrity. Sincerely, Tom Haberman
...I was quite surprised at how easily and
painlessly the shot procedure was administered! I felt absolutely no pain
during the entire procedure, including the fillings. You and your staff did
a great job, Doc. Thank you! Much Appreciated! Sincerely, Hal Anderson |
Dr.
Marlais,
My name is Kathleen
McGilvray now Nielsen. You were my first dentist and I wanted to drop you
an email. Sandy, Jewel and you were my first experiences with dentistry. I
started seeing you when I was a little tyke, with hardly a tooth. When I
was 7 my 2 front teeth were knocked out when a dog bit me. Since they were
permanent my mother was very worried. You made sure that I had the best
care. Temporary caps were put in so that the rest of my mouth had a chance
to mature. When I turned 14 we were going to move to Oregon. Before we
moved you re-did the work with permanent teeth and gave me strict
instructions on massaging my gums to make my healing complete. You were so
careful with them; you explained the color you were using, the size that you
were putting in. They seemed big to me but you assured me that my other
teeth would grow around them, you were right.
I wanted to let you
know that each time I see a dentist they remark about the quality of the
teeth and many are surprised to find they are not my natural teeth, many
of them get all the way into my mouth before they suspect. I’ve had
dental professionals get everyone in the office to see your work. A few
years ago my last dentist got on the internet to look for your email so
he could send you a digital image with his compliments. We didn’t find
the address that day but today I did. I am now 33, I wanted you to know
that they still look wonderful and I so appreciate the extra efforts you
took with me. I was very fortunate to have you as a dentist.
Your whole staff was great
then too. They made coming to the dentist fun. Sandy taught me how to
brush my teeth, I see she is still there. I’m so pleasantly surprised. I
think of Jewel often too, I still make her orange chocolate chip cookies.
Anyway, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate it and that I think
of you each time I smile. Thank you so much, I attached a picture of my
teeth so you can see.
Thank you, Kathleen
